At S.i. Systems, we are seeking a skilled Intermediate Help Desk Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting and incident resolution support for our computer operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support for workstations, laptops, and docking stations, including login, password management, software installations, and Internet access.
  • Communicating with desktop users to troubleshoot and document technical difficulties, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Reproducing, diagnosing, and analyzing problems reported by end-users, formulating solutions to resolve the issue at hand.
  • Offering training and advice to users on optimal computer operation and providing setup and deployment of IT equipment for new employees.
  • Addressing and resolving incoming tickets from users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Supporting hardware moves and relocation projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
  • Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French and English).

Location:

  • Full-time on-site in Trenton.
