Protection and Security Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Protection and Security Leadership Position at CI SECURITY SERVICES LTD.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, and implementing effective security protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in security management.
Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of security personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, coordinating responses and ensuring the safety of individuals involved.
- Training and Development: Provide training to security personnel on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Schedule and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless operations and optimal productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Security Guard License.
This role requires working 30 hours per week, with a permanent employment status. Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
