Salary
The salary range for this role is $204,000 to $255,000 CAD per year, with opportunities for variable pay based on company performance.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and portfolio for growing upmarket customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our product portfolio, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and goals for Clio's Mid-market and Enterprise business.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and customer success.
- Lead a team of product managers to drive product development and execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Director in a multi-product company selling to the Enterprise segment.
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS, with verticalized SaaS a plus.
- Proven track record of scaling existing products and launching new ones.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and navigate executive communications.
