Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Red Seal Millwright to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company. As a Maintenance Millwright, you will be responsible for conducting reactive, predictive, and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, troubleshooting and repairing equipment during breakdowns, and performing equipment installations and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on food manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Perform equipment installations and modifications, including part repairs.
  • Work efficiently in a processing environment while ensuring food safety standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and foster a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • Red Seal Millwright ticket with maintenance experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
  • Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Ability to be reliable, honest, and show strong work ethic.
  • Basic electrical, fabrication, welding (stainless), and machining experience.
  • Knowledge or ability to quickly learn CMMS (M2, SAP) programs.
