Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in the community. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing wound care management, IV antibiotic administration, and other specialized nursing services to patients in the greater North Bay area.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in community, home-based, or visiting nurse related roles. You will possess current certifications in Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C) and a valid Mask Fit test. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound care management to patients in their homes
  • Administer IV antibiotics and perform cannulations as required

  • Perform routine assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
  • Minimum of two years' experience in community, home-based, or visiting nurse related roles

  • Valid Mask Fit test
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
