Job DescriptionWe are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team at Stone Brook Designated Supportive Living. As a certified nursing professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive living environment.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, conducting specimen collection, monitoring nutritional intake, and observing and recording medication's therapeutic and side effects.
You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, providing safety and health education to individuals and their families, and providing nursing services within your defined scope of practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
