Clean and Maintain Our Environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhaust Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at TripleClean Exhaust Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
  • Operate cleaning machines and equipment, including steam cleaners, pressure washers, and hydroblasters
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in cleaning or maintenance operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, outdoors, and in hot or cold conditions. You must be willing to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
