About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for receiving and managing regulated items, optimizing store expenses, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage regulated items, including medication, reference standards, and external samples.
  • Manage store expenses efficiently by optimizing supplies purchasing and adhering to corporate policies.
  • Maintain and optimize store purchases to achieve work site and production objectives.
  • Assist in optimizing inventory management in collaboration with purchasers.
  • Place orders according to established parameters and receive supplies for the store.
  • Handle supplies daily, from receiving to shipping.
  • Charge supplies to projects within the inventory system.
  • Review and update internal control descriptions used for quarterly procedures.
  • Ensure internal controls are adhered to.
  • Assist in developing verification files and addressing requests from auditors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and sample-tracking software.
  • English level: Required bilingualism, including understanding simple messages and following basic instructions.
