Senior Software Development Engineer AWS IAM

At Amazon Web Services Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM), we are building, operating, and innovating the identity management, authentication, and authorization stack for the AWS cloud.

Our mission is to push the technical boundaries to enable AWS customers to run their business workloads confidently and securely.

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer to join the team that owns IAM Propagation functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex system components while maintaining an uncompromising bar on quality.
  • Support less experienced team members in growing their craft.
  • Partner with others to effectively inform prioritization, build consensus, and rally the team behind key business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • ~7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • ~5 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
  • ~Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
