Business Operations Manager

EKS CPA INC seeks an organized and reliable office administrator to oversee administrative procedures and ensure the establishment runs smoothly.
Job Description- Salary: Estimated CAD $45,000 - CAD $60,000 per annum based on location and experience
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in education and relevant work experience. They will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Establish work priorities and maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to deadlines
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field
- 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
