About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner with expertise in the Utilities sector to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with utilities clients, understanding their needs, and delivering strategic IT solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in the Utilities and Energy sectors, focusing on D/E (Distribution and Energy) and OT (Operational Technology) tech.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on technology solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and drive growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to position our offerings effectively.
  • Lead client engagement activities, including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the Engineering/OT industry, serving clients in Western Canada's Utilities sector, preferably with Utilities clients in British Columbia.
  • Strong knowledge of OT application landscapes for Utilities, including familiarity with industry-specific technologies and standards.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
  • A self-motivated team player with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
