Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Knowledge: High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a passion for helping customers and a focus on delivering a personal experience is essential.

  • Competitive Salary: $33,000 - $44,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
