Inventory Coordinator in Vaughan Location

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team at National Workforce in Vaughan. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the cycle count program, ensuring accurate inventory records, and identifying issues and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cycle count program and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Identify issues and trends with inventory and develop corrective action plans.
- Locate, count, and verify WIP and return to stock as needed.
- Audit lot number tracking systems and FIFO processes.
- Manage expiration and obsolescence processes.
- Support investigations, mock recalls, audits, and reporting.
- Assist with productivity improvements and lead efforts to make process improvements.
- Be trained and be a backup in preparing BOM (optional).
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs daily.
- Be able to work in other shifts as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including V Lookup, Pivot tables, and charts.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Raymond Reach operator.
- Proficient in cycle counting, reconciliations, and investigations.
- Adeptness with business systems/software.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, process improvement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to meet deadlines.
