Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global digital acquisition strategy, leveraging market trends and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of digital specialists to deploy impactful acquisition strategies, driving business growth across local and international markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and methodologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to personalize acquisition campaigns, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all digital channels.
  • Drive innovation in digital acquisition, exploring and integrating new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing digital acquisition team, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and talent development opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, presenting reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and strategic alignment with other teams, including marketing, content, automation, and technology.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital acquisition, with a proven track record of leading complex digital strategies and high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing investments for maximum ROI.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEM/SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in key digital tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
