Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Care Support to join our dynamic team. As a Care Support, you will play a vital role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and their families. You will be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling, managing phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Plan and coordinate daily scheduling for urgent coverage requirements.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate with staff, clients, and families about scheduling challenges and provide clear solutions.
  • Phone and Email Management: Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, and respond to system tasks in a timely manner.

  • Relationship Building: Establish meaningful connections with caregivers, clients, and regional teams.
  • Risk Identification: Identify and escalate potential risks by providing clarity and solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clerical and customer contact experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using various technologies, superior critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to build strong relationships with others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, flexible, and reliable work attitude.
