Job Title: Pastry Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pastry Professional to join our team at WhiteWater Ski Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pastry services to our guests.

About the Role:

  • You will assist in the daily operation of our cafeteria, ensuring that our guests receive high-quality pastry products and excellent customer service.
  • You will execute and improve recipes, maintain a clean and tidy work environment, and adhere to all food safety practices.
  • You will assist with the ordering of baking ingredients and focus on using locally produced products whenever possible.
  • You will promote Whitewater's safety culture by reviewing and implementing necessary procedures.

Required Qualifications / Education:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a baker is required.
  • Baker's papers or courses are an asset.
  • Familiarity with food safe practices is essential.
  • Reliable transportation with a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $35,000-$50,000, depending on experience. We also offer additional benefits, including employee perks and compensation packages.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and conditions. You must be comfortable driving in extreme winter conditions and have access to reliable transportation.
