Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse from various areas of the property.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a tidy atmosphere.
  • Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment, supplies, and tools in designated areas.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months to ensure accessibility and safety.
