IT Systems Business Solutions Specialist

GROW MORE IT SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler or telecommunications industry. The candidate will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
