Culinary Specialist

Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations
