About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at REDEN CLEAN LTD. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment to remove dirt, debris, and other refuse from our facilities.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management to maintain the overall cleanliness of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative to work independently and as part of a team.
