Dental Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Family Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Supply Maintenance: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring our practice is equipped with the necessary resources to provide exceptional patient care.
- Reception and Clerical Duties: Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient information.
- Instrument Sterilization: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Patient Education: Educate patients concerning oral hygiene, providing personalized guidance and support to promote healthy teeth and gums.
- Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule and confirm appointments, recording dental procedures performed on patients with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Dental Plan: Comprehensive dental plan for employees.
- Permanent Position: Full-time, permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
