Job Title: Heavy Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Truck Driver to join our team at Lyman Huestis & Son Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3 or D Driver's License
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Experience with straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
