Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail and wholesale establishment, including staff management, market research, and merchandise procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Procure merchandise for resale and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Work Environment:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
