Project Manager for Community Development Team Lead

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Community Development team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of land development guidelines, civil systems, and project document production. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work on and lead teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects, ensuring appropriate project team structure, resource efficiency, and financial accountability.
  • Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
  • Engage regularly with key clients to discuss current projects and evaluate firm performance, as well as identify other business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and technologists, providing mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting engineering and project management.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario (considered an asset).
