Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and communicate the company's strategic vision to the team
  • Provide expertise in Maximo configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Assist with Maximo updates and deployments
  • Manage the backlog and ensure priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy
  • Communicate team commitments with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM)
  • Meet regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receive feedback from deliveries
  • Organize team activities and collaborate with team members
  • Document end-to-end processes for business and help desk
  • Work with Business Analysts (BA's) to ensure business requirements are clear
  • Break down business requirements into user stories and prepare work for the team
  • Organize and facilitate regular team ceremonies, including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demonstrations

Requirements

  • University degree in a field related to IT
  • 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position, with knowledge or experience of an ERP information system
  • Holds one or more Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management)
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Experience in the implementation of information systems from A to Z and process analysis
  • Perfectly bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience with the Agile approach
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and internationally (20%)
