Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our college and its programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including social media posts, emails, and press releases;
  • Design and develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in an educational setting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
