About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Estimator to join our team at MS Motorsports Ltd. As an Auto Body Repair Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our repair processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Repair Costs: Accurately estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports, ensuring that our customers receive transparent and competitive pricing.
  • Inspect Repaired Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Plan Repair Work: Plan and coordinate repair work to be performed, ensuring that our technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Repair and Replace Vehicle Components: Repair or replace damaged vehicle components, including front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • Prepare Vehicles for Painting: Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Remove and Replace Damaged Parts: Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Repair or Replace Windows and Windshields: Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, ensuring that our vehicles are safe and secure.
  • Mix and Apply Paint: Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match for our customers' vehicles.
  • Use Specialized Equipment: Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, ensuring that our repairs are of the highest quality.
  • Straighten Bent Frames: Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, ensuring that our vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
