About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. as a Cloud Automation Engineer. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and highly available cloud-based systems using microservices architecture.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement service-level agreements (SLAs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the engineering team to design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Provide expert-level support for cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high uptime and performance of cloud-based systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud computing, and automation.
  • Strong background in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of monitoring and alerting systems, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud security frameworks, such as AWS IAM or Azure RBAC.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage.
  • Experience with cloud-based messaging systems, such as Amazon SQS or Azure Service Bus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
What We Offer

At Intello Technologies Inc., we offer a competitive salary range of $99,000-$149,000, plus a performance bonus or sales incentive plan of 15%. We also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including a minimum of 3 weeks of vacation, flexible benefits, and a generous company-matched pension and share purchase program.
