About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Venue Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our immersive shows at planetariums and giant screen theaters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and checking in audiences, answering guest questions, and providing excellent customer service
  • Setting up and taking down lobby setups, including signage, check-in tables, and merchandise
  • Managing merchandise inventory and sales, and ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Communicating effectively with our Venue Operations team and providing timely updates
  • Offering suggestions and comments on how we can improve our services
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using iPad apps, including WhatsApp
  • Upbeat and positive personality, with a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with good judgment and problem-solving skills
