As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client groups, develop new mental health program content, and leverage novel approaches to deliver mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based mental health programs for various client groups
- Leverage digital therapeutics and adjunct approaches to deliver mental health services
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide individual and group treatment for a range of conditions
- Consult with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to in-house training sessions and case discussions
- Contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists
- Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
- Conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
- Providing evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
- Developing and evaluating mental health programs
- Working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
- Utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods
