As a Game Mathematician II at IGT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and fairness of our games. You will be responsible for developing and writing game math logic, including coding integration into math engines, as well as adapting game logic to assigned markets for conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and write game math logic, including coding integration into math engines
  • Adapt game logic to assigned markets for conversions by collaborating with origination mathematicians
  • Document and maintain game math logic throughout the game development process

You will also contribute to independent game verification or peer review processes to ensure that our games meet regulatory requirements. In addition, you will communicate the game math logic to the quality engineer team prior to internal QA validation by hand-off meetings and documentation/reports.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science
  • Expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Statistics
  • Prior experience with data analytics, visualizations of data, and/or proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in a programming language and aptitude willingness to learn advanced programming techniques
