  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to meet the needs of our facility.
  • Hire, train and supervise staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure excellence.Supervision
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 people.
  • The selected candidate will also supervise 3-4 people.Work conditions and physical capabilities
  • A high level of attention to detail is required for this role.
  • The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to multitask.
  • The selected candidate must be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.Own tools/equipment
  • A cellular phone is required for this role.

  • They must have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively.
