Job Overview
The Sales Support Representative position is a critical component of our organization's success, playing a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to clients and assisting Account Executives with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and timely assistance to potential and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of their queries.
- Lend administrative support to Account Executives, including entering quotes, sales orders, service requests, tracking orders, sending company information packets, and filing.
- Assist in researching and providing accurate pricing for Avaya Maintenance contracts, as well as other pertinent information required by Account Executives to sell these contracts effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to quickly assimilate training on products and services, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
- Works independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet, with knowledge of Goldmine and MAS200 preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with previous experience in telecommunications or data communications desired but not required.
