• Provide clean and sanitized utensils, plate-ware, glassware, and equipment for guests and staff
  
• Set up and close dish machines according to company procedures
  
• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machines
  
• Keep dish areas and kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops, and emptying trash
  
• Place clean plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans on specified shelves
  
• Assist with assigned prep work
  
• Follow all health and safety regulations and control waste
  
• Be punctual for work shifts and maintain absolute professionalism when on shift, on company property, and in the presence of guests
  
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner within company guidelines
  
• May be called upon to perform other duties not listed but within the position's scope
  

• 
  
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
  
• Experience in a similar position
  
• Ability to frequently bend and kneel, lift moderate weight, and work on feet for an extended period
  
• Effective communication skills
  
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
  
• Willingness to work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts
  
• Energetic personality, punctuality, and good grooming standards
  

Compensation: $20.40 per hour, plus auto gratuities, season completion bonus $1 per hour
