About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Factory Maintenance Technician to join our team at Golden Happiness Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Regularly sweep, mop, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair, and make adjustments to equipment as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety and security checks, and report any hazards or concerns to management.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and working in a physically demanding role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
