About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, controlling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be expected to work closely with our sales staff to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective workload management;
- Sell merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages;
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand;
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- A strong understanding of sales principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg);
- Able to stand for extended periods;
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
