Job Title: Framer Helper

We are seeking a skilled Framer Helper to join our team at DS Dhillon Construction Ltd. As a Framer Helper, you will assist in the construction process, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Job Summary:

The Framer Helper will work under the supervision of experienced framers and carpenters to assist in the construction of buildings, including framing, installing windows and doors, and completing other tasks as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction of buildings, including framing, installing windows and doors, and completing other tasks as required.
  • Work under the supervision of experienced framers and carpenters to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Perform tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting with site preparation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
