The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance business analysis, with expertise in Oracle financial systems and a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects. Key responsibilities include leading finance business transformation initiatives, designing business process solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, developing project plans, conducting testing and validation, and providing exceptional client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance business analysis, with a focus on Oracle financial systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with finance business transformation, including policy, process, and systems changes.
  • Sound functional knowledge of Quote to Cash, Accounting, Tax, and Subscription process areas.
  • Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, Payables, and General Ledger modules.
  • Experience managing team size of 2-3.
  • Program Management and Change Management experience.
