Job Description:
This Payment Processing Administrator role requires you to post manual payments to customer accounts, process incoming and eTransfer payments, complete tickets within our ticketing portal, and provide excellent customer service and coaching to the retail network. You will also support management with day-to-day requirements and provide backup coverage to peers within the Central Administration Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry in a related role.
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
