This senior-level position will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 per year, with additional benefits including dental plan, healthcare plan, vision care benefits, and 40 hours of work per week.

Language and Work Setting

This position requires proficiency in MS Access, MS Office, and MS Outlook, as well as fluency in English language. The work setting is in a business services environment.
