Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Wipro Comnet Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, including identifying staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants, and conduct interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and provide guidance on the selection process
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and provide guidance on employee relations
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
