Associate Director

As a key member of our Plative team, you will report to our Senior Director of Salesforce Delivery and lead a Salesforce consulting team focusing on Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud advisory and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing delivery team, focusing on building and nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Drive commercial success by validating project opportunities, ensuring proper scoping, sizing, staffing, and pricing.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring in new business through go-to-market strategies and thought leadership.
- Manage resource forecast, utilization, and contribution margin to drive financial success.
- Minimum 5 years of managing complex Salesforce projects.
- Experience leading full-lifecycle implementations and integrated solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and email/SMS marketing best practices.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud Certifications.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-suite.
