Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy solutions for seniors in our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
  • Identify equipment needs and provide recommendations to clients and their families.
  • Consult with local vendors to facilitate equipment trials and complete applications for funding.
  • Provide education on independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs, and adaptive aides.
  • Evaluate restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention.
  • Record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts according to College of Occupational Therapists guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:
