Job Description

- Order Management: Process orders with vendors, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth processing.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up with vendors and couriers to address and resolve any order-related issues.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough fraud and risk assessments on orders and resolve payment-related concerns efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, couriers, and banks to support daily operations.
- Operational Support: Provide assistance to the customer service and operations teams as needed.

Requirements:
- Full-time on-site job located in Montreal, QC.
- Excellent English and French communication skills required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and SQL query understanding are assets.
- Good web research and navigation skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
