About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Thinkmax. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document client needs to identify areas for improvement
  • Support clients in validating and understanding analysis results
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and communicate them to the development team
  • Design and assist in the execution of data migration processes
  • Integrate existing systems with new modules
  • Conduct integrated testing and ensure the integrity of information
  • Participate in quality control and ensure the smooth implementation of solutions
  • Document solutions implemented and train customers on their use
  • Develop and participate in solution sales demos as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five years' experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365
  • Strong organizational skills with a strong sense of priorities
  • Autonomy and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
  • Knowledge of MS Office
