About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Hot.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including restaurants.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
