You'll be a self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused individual who excels at providing day-to-day service to maintain and exceed NFP Canada's reputation and service standards.", "Essential Duties and Responsibilities": ["Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on their personal insurance coverage", "Conduct needs assessments to offer customized solutions", "Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive contact and renewal activities", "Provide exceptional day-to-day service to clients and handle client file activities to meet retention targets", "Contribute to premium growth targets by cross-selling and upselling", "Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications, and issue insurance certificates", "Maintain professional relationships with underwriters and resolve client concerns", "Review and process renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes", "Issue policies and changes on insurer portals", "Initiate and guide the claims process to provide peace of mind to clients", "Represent NFP at industry functions", "Stay current on industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes", "Participate in training initiatives"], "Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities": ["Strong customer service skills", "Strong quotation skills for new business and cross-selling", "Self-starter with negotiation skills", "Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills", "Adaptable to change", "Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software", "Talent for listening and establishing trust", "Strong oral and written communications skills", "Detail-oriented and goal-driven", "Solid team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic"], "Education and/or Experience": ["Post-secondary education or related job experience", "Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standing", "Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance experience", "Major Market portal experience", "Excellent computer skills and EPIC fluency"]}
