As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences that make our clients shine. Reporting to the Culinary Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and food storage areas at all times.
  • Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals according to client scheduling and menu plan guidelines.
  • Be flexible and responsive to client needs and food preferences.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling/Health Unit regulations.
  • Follow all relevant Dexterra Group policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • Production cooking experience.
  • At least 1 year of line cook experience.
  • A clear criminal background check.
