We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & TATERS. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage kitchen operations, and ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The role requires attention to detail, physical demands, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
