Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at EL COMAL MEXICAN FOODS CORP. in a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality output and adhering to company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on processing and packaging machines to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Monitor production data and record information accurately, maintaining shift logs and production records.
- Verify processing conditions and product quality through visual inspections and monitoring of gauges and computer printouts.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines according to production requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our food processing plant operates 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term and English as the primary work language.
